Question

Why under the products and services tab when I add a new product I dont see it in the list. What can I do to change that? I have checked the settting and that does help

Welcome to the Community! Let's work together to figure out why you're not seeing a product in the products and services list after creating one. 

 

Are you successfully saving the product when adding it? Note: Make sure to hit Save & Close when you're done adding all the information to the product. 

 

If this doesn't work, I recommend refreshing your browser so that your QuickBooks Online account is loaded to it's full potential.

 

In the end, if you're still having issues, let's clear your browser's history to narrow down the problem.

Hi @mike-bigfootblad,

 

When you add a new product ensure that the "Active" option is selected. If the product is inactive, it won't show up in the default product list.

 

Maybe you have some filters applied that hide certain products. It should be at the top of the list, set to show "All" products.

 

You can also try to clear a browser cache or try logging out and logging back. Sometimes it helps

Thank you so much for your help. I tried all 3 and it is still the same. It only shows me 7 products in the "Products and Services" tab.

To dig further, can you provide me with a screenshot of your products and services list, a screenshot of the product before saving, and then one of the list after saving?
