Why was the ability to see if and when my invoices removed?

I no longer can see when and if my invoice / estimate has been viewed by my customer, why?

Hey DoorButler!

 

Thank you for reaching out to the QuickBooks Community! The ability to see the status of your invoice if your customer has viewed it is still available. In fact, I was able to test this myself to double-check. Here is what you need to do:

 

  1. In your left navigation bar, go to Sales.
  2. Access the  Invoices tab.
  3. Check your Status column to see where each transaction is at.
  4. Select the one you need and you will see a popup showing you each process as seen below:
