Helping you open your invoices is my priority, wbailie.

At times, the collected cache files on your browser may lead to unexpected behavior like the one that you've experienced upon opening your invoices.

To get this issue sorted out, as an initial step, you can press the F5 key on your keyboard to refresh the page. If you're still getting the same result, I recommend accessing your account in a private window.

  • Google Chrome: Press CTRL + Shift + N.
  • Safari: Press Command + Shift + N.
  • Mozilla Firefox: Press CTRL + Shift + P.

Once signed in, go back and access your invoices from there. If it rectifies the issue, go back to your main portal and clear its cache to remove the browser's history or you can press CTRL+Shift and Delete key on your keyboard altogether. You may also try accessing your account using another supported browser.

In case you need help with utilizing your invoices and other sales forms in QuickBooks Online, you can go through this article: Customize invoices, estimates, and sales receipts in QuickBooks Online. This will give you more details on what other information you can add to your email as well as personalizing them.

I encourage keeping us posted if there's anything else I can help you with. I'm always here to help you out.

The next day it was working fine and I didn’t have to do anything.
