Why won't my tablet sync the invoice template to the one created on my laptop on quickbooks online? I have 2 different invoice and estimate templates going out now

I'll share information about managing your invoice templates in QuickBooks Online on different devices.

 

I recognize how functional it is for you to sync those templates on your table. However, due to platform differences in the QuickBooks mobile app, there's a default template for the sales forms. This is why your invoice template that's created on the laptop won't sync into your tablet. Rest assured that we'll take note of this to help you improve your experience using the QuickBooks program features.

 

As another way around, you can log in to your QBO account on a web browser using your mobile device so you'll be able to utilize the template you want.
