Why would my customers not be able to view their invoices, only the amount owed?

my customers can only view amount owed on their invoices. Why can't they view the invoice?

  1. Go to the Gear icon.
  2. Navigate to Account and Settings.
  3. Click the Sales tab.
  4. Head to the Online delivery section.
  5. Highlight the Show full details in email option.
  6. On the Additional email options for invoices dropdown, choose HTML.
  7. Hit Save and Done.
