Question

With app on my phone, Invoice due date doesn't match terms, only changes if select custom option. Does work correctly when I enter invoice on my computer. Thoughts?

Aligning invoice terms with due dates in QuickBooks enhances financial visibility, @wshbnbr.

A minor data issue in the app can cause unusual behavior in the program, like when invoice due dates don't match terms. To fix this, we can try some troubleshooting steps.

Here’s what we can do:

  1. Close and restart the app.
  2. To clear app data, follow these steps:
    1. Open your device, Settings.
    2. Click Apps (varies by device).
    3. Choose the QuickBooks app from the list, then choose Storage.
    4. Select clear data.
  3. Power down and restart your device. Then, uninstall and reinstall the app.

In addition, I've included an article to help you personalize and add specific information to your sales forms: Customize invoices, estimates, and sales receipts in QuickBooks Online.
