with the new invoice layout how can you do "send later"?

I'm here to share some information about the "Send later" feature of an invoice, Jess1020.

With the new invoice layout, the "Send Later" feature is no longer available directly within the invoice.

As a workaround for this change, I recommend the following steps:

  1. After creating the invoice, please save it as usual by clicking the Save button.
  2. If you wish to send the invoice, you can easily locate the saved invoice in your account.
  3. Once you have located the invoice, click the Review and send option to forward it to the intended customer.

Moreover, here's an article for a step-by-step process if you want to personalize your sales forms in the future: Customize invoices, estimates, and sales receipts in QuickBooks Online.

If you have further questions about managing your invoices or other relevant concerns, you can add them in the comment below. I'll be here to assist.

RE: With the new invoice layout, we have made some improvements to streamline the process. As a result, the "Send Later" feature is no longer available directly within the invoice.

This appears to be the opposite of streamlining the process. I has made it more clunky, and based on your description it appears Intuit has actually removed the send later feature. Am I missing something?

@Jess1020

You can use an importer tool as a workaround.
