With the new update on QuickBooks, I’m unable to make a statement on my Apple tablet. Do I now need to invest in a computer

Hi, Eandg. Let me guide you on accessing your customer statements in QuickBooks Online (QBO) from your Apple tablet.

You don't have to switch to a computer to access your statements. You can log in to your QBO account using a web browser on your tablet. Once you have, follow these steps to create a customer statement:

1. Go to Customers.
2. Select the customer you want to make statements for. 
3. Select the New transaction ▼ dropdown, then select Statement.
4. Review the customer’s email address, then click Save and Close.
