I appreciate you joining us here in the Community, Uservicki. Let me fill you in with details about the recent updates and navigate you to create a copy of your estimates in QuickBooks Online (QBO).

Copying estimates in QBO's recent updates can be done by opening the desired estimate and using the Manage feature. Kindly follow the steps provided below.

  1. Go to Sales, then choose Estimates.
  2. Find the estimates you want to copy, then click Edit.
  3. Select Manage. A panel will appear at the right corner of your screen.
  4. Click on the Action tab, then pick Make a copy.

Moreover, if your customer has acknowledged your estimates, you can convert them into an invoice. To get acquainted with the guidelines with this matter check out this article: Convert an estimate into an invoice in QuickBooks Online.
