Working in register on a trnaction on a particular date. edit the trans, save. screen refreshes to top of page. I want it to return where I left off.

I can see the benefit it would bring to have the ability to stay where you left off after editing and saving the transaction in the bank register, @Lovesgirl.

Adding this functionality to QuickBooks Online (QBO) would be a great feature as it would save time when searching for edited transactions and carrying out tasks. Thus, I recommend using the feedback option to ensure it receives attention from our Product engineers.

Here's how to send one:

1. Go to the Gear icon, then select Feedback.
2. Type in your comments or product suggestions.

In the meantime, you could make it easier to find transactions by filtering the date ranges in the register instead of scrolling from top to bottom. Here are the steps to do this:

1. In the Bank Register window, click the Filter icon.
2. In the Date dropdown section, select the preferred one or choose Custom and enter the date range in the From and To fields.
3. Press Apply.
   
   

If you want the arrangement of the data from the newest to oldest transaction or vice versa, hit the DATE ▼ to change its display order.
