Question

Yesterday my QB online started displaying everything giant and unable to move around. I restarted my computer and that was no help.

QB suggested change browser setting. But I don't access QB through a browser, do I? It has its own icon and I don't open it through a browser. Ctr minus doesn't change it. What do I do?

Currently, there is an investigation on the QuickBooks Online (QBO) Desktop App being zoomed in. Rest assured, our engineering team is dedicated to finding a permanent resolution for this matter. 

 

For now, I suggest contacting our phone or chat support to be added to the affected users list. They'll send you an email notification once an update becomes available.

 

Here's how to reach us:

 

  1. Go to the Help menu and select the Search tab.
  2. Then, click Contact Us.
  3. Then, enter a brief description of your concern and select Continue.
  4. Lastly, choose to either Start a Chat or Get a Callback.

 

You can reach our support team Mondays through Fridays from 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM Pacific Time and Saturdays from 6:00 AM to 3:00 PM.

 

As an alternative, I suggest accessing your QBO account through your browser. You can check the list of supported ones in this article: System requirements for QuickBooks Online.
