The credit card details boxes in QB online do not appear to work with anyone from a country other than Canada. I have a person from the UAE who wants us to use her credit card for her quarterly subscription. How do I do this?

Hi there,

I appreciate you reaching out to the Community. It's important you're able to get paid so your business continues to grow. I'll be happy to share more info so you can get back on track with what you love.

QuickBooks Online Payments is an additional feature which helps you and your customers make transactions seamlessly. I know how important it is to allow customers to pay with a variety of credit cards and from different countries. At this time, customers can pay with Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and Apple Pay.  It's also important to note that our payments system only accepts Canadian Dollars.

As a workaround, I suggest checking out PayPal, Stripe or Square if you don't use those already. These payment apps can be integrated with QBO using third-party apps which you can find on our site http://www.apps.com. Once you're on the site, you can enter the name of the payment app you're using and you should see results after you hit search. For example, I use PayPal as my app of choice and I also use another app called Connect to PayPal which also imports all my PayPal transactions into QBO.
