I get paid multiple invoices at once, I click the tabs in take pay for the invoices but for some reason when it saves it won't add that invoice number but will mark it as an unmarked amount. Now the invoice sits there as overdue when its not

If I accept the payment remaining, it would be wrong. I need to know if there is a way to adjust it to make it the correct amount that way paid.
I need to email three email addresses when invoicing my customer. Is it possible to add them to QB so that it happens automatically when I submit the invoice?
I know I can manually change it each time I generate an invoice, but it is a pain (and I may forget one day). How do I get quickbooks to automatically populate the customer billing address the way I need. Thanks!
I know that QuickBooks currently does not have the option for an employee to only have access to entering invoices without seeing all of the company financials. Is there another third party invoicing app/platform recommendation that can then be uploaded to QuickBooks after they enter their invoices remotely from the job site?

My subtotal is missing from the invoice in Quickbooks Online. It was printing fine and today it is not there.

My printer or download invoices are not showing detail payments. After receiving partial payment from customer I can only see the balance amount when I try to print or download the invoice.From my view, I see the subtotal, payments, discounts etc. I can even see all the information when I go to edit the invoice format but not when I go back to send it to the customer all the information is hidden. They can only see the balance due.I called an agent and after 45 minutes of clicking back and forth the same buttons she told me the solution would be for the customer to use a calculator to know the subtotal!!! That was the most absurd and upsetting answer. Can someone explain why is this happening and how to fix it?
A customer had a credit balance for a long time and is not using it. I am moving that money into a revenue account. The customer opening balance is now showing they have an overdue balance after I posted the journal entry from Accounts Receivable to the Revenue account. I put their name in the JE when posting the Accounts Receivable side. Is this the problem? Can I adjust the customer opening balance to zero?

We provide a service where each customer is invoiced 200 per month. Some customers prepay and others provide ACH info paying each month. I created a batch invoice for all customers and created a Billing group. is there a way to automate this invoice? I know how to enter batch invoice, but I cannot see how to automate each month. Please don't send instructions how to automate an invoice, because those only pertain to a single customer and I want to automate Batch Invoices. any suggestion please. thank you
I exported Customers from a Quickbooks Online account (under Sales). The exported list has all of the customers including its subcustomers. A subcustomer appears under the Company Name column in the following format: Parent Name:Subcustomer Name There is no mapping option for subcustomers. How do I import this list of Customers that have one layer of subcustomers?
