I know how even the appearance of your sales forms can make a difference when interacting with your customers. I want to make sure that your invoices are not only providing the correct information to your customers, but that they're also leaving a positive lasting impression. I'm here to help you with this issue of the first page of the invoice being blank in QuickBooks Online.

 

I don't currently have any other reports of this, so I'd like to start you off with some troubleshooting. The troubleshooting I have to recommend focuses in on things like browser and internet issues, both of which can impact the way that QuickBooks Online interacts with the cloud and displays information. Please try the following steps one at a time to see if they resolve the issue.
