Adding cc to myself when sending batch invoices

When sending a single invoice, there is a checkbox for "Send me a copy". This option doesn't seem to be available when sending a batch of invoices--is there a trick?

Hi Henk DeJong.

 

Being able to send Cc yourself on an email sent to your customers is a great way to keep a copy for your own records. I'd be happy to help point you in the right direction on how to do this with batch emails.

 

QuickBooks Online helps you save time by giving you the ability to send out invoices to customers in batches. At this time being able to Cc invoices emails through the batch feature is not available. You'd need to either send them individually, save the invoices as a PDF, attach them to an email and send them manually or look for a third party app that can help you with emailing out invoices that you can Cc yourself on. You can look for third party apps by going to the apps screen in your QuickBooks Online account.

 

If this is a feature you want added in QuickBooks Online you can also send feedback to our developers by following these steps:

  1. Select the Gear icon at the top, then Feedback.
  2. Enter your comments or product suggestions. Then select Next to submit feedback.

Once they receive your feedback they'll look into ways to possible have this feature added in future updates.
