Question

All invoice, customer details, service are blank after using the app for a couple years. Do i have to re-enter everything and start over?

Based on what you've described, I highly recommend uninstalling and reinstalling the app. This is a great way to troubleshoot issues that may be affecting the app. By reinstalling the app, this ensures you're on the latest version of the mobile app. I also recommend making sure you're logged into the correct company as that may be the reason why you're unable to see any customer data on the account.
