Question

All my invoices and customer list was wiped from my mobile QB today for no reason but the info is still there on my laptop. This means the two platforms are not in sync.

QuickBooks Online operates and stores data on the cloud. This means that your data is available to you wherever you have a reliable internet connection. Based on what you've described, I recommend checking to make sure you're logged in the correct account in the mobile app. I also recommend making sure you're connected to the internet when logged in the app.
