Question

All of my invoices, estimates, customers etc has disappeared from the app. I can still access them on the computer. What has happened?

Welcome to the Community. Accessing your transactions on the app is essential for keeping track of your books. Quickbooks Online is great program that gives you the ability to easily track your invoices and expenses. I'd be glad to help.

I recommand that you refresh the app to ensure it's up to date. You can refer to the following steps to refresh the app.

 

For iOS

  1. Go to Menu ☰ and tap Help & Feedback and then Refresh Data
  2. Tap Refresh to confirm.

 

For Android

  1. Tap More Options from the Menu
  2. Select Settings and then Refresh Data
  3. Click YES to confirm.

 

In addition, I encourage you to uninstall and reinstall the app. Once you have reinstalled the app and signed in, you can check if you have access to your transactions.
