Am I able to customize the body of a reminder email?
Lets say I want to send automatic invoice reminders to customers. Can I use custom fields in the body? Example I want to email a customer saying :
Your Invoice [Invoice Number] is due on [Due Date]
Here are the details of your invoice :
Invoice Number: [Invoice Number]
Invoice Date: [Invoice Date]
Due Date: [Due Date]
Total Amount: [Total Amount]
Is there a way for QuickBooks to populate these fields as it corresponds to the invoice ?
