Hi there chady1,

Welcome back! I hope you've been well since the last time you visited us in the QuickBooks Community. I'm excited to see that you're still using QuickBooks Online, and I know having access to your reports is key. I'd be happy to go over how reporting works in the QuickBooks Online app.

When it comes to QuickBooks Online, there are two apps you can take advantage of: the app for Windows/Mac or the mobile app. The Windows/Mac app provides you the same options as when you're viewing QuickBooks Online via a browser. The difference is it gives you direct access to the program from your computer or laptop without opening a browser. You'll have access to all the same reports, including the Accounts Receivable Aging Summary, and the same features for managing your books.

As for the mobile app, that's geared toward more on-the-go work and offers a more streamlined experience of QuickBooks Online. That being said, the reports available in the mobile app are limited to the most common essentials, namely the Profit & Loss report and the Balance Sheet. Reports like the Accounts Receivable Aging Summary are not something you can pull up in the mobile app.

With that in mind, I recommend using a browser or the Windows/Mac app to access QuickBooks Online and review those kinds of reports. You're welcome to submit feedback about what's available in the mobile app as well, which helps our product development team learn what users would like to see as they're working with it. For the mobile app, you can leave feedback via the in-app help features. From a browser or the Windows/Mac app, follow these steps: How do I submit feedback?

I hope that helps!
