Hi elemieuxcontract,

Welcome to the community! Being able to access the email sent to your customers is a great way to keep track of your work. QuickBooks Online enables you to personalize your settings so you can get copies of your emails outside of the software. I'll be happy to assist you with this.

To access the email sent out to your customers, you have to manually enter your email address via the Cc/Bcc link on sales forms or use the built-in feature in the program to automatically Cc forms to yourself. This saves you time from always having to manually enter your email address into the Cc field on sales forms. Here's how to do that.

  1. Go to the Gear icon ⚙ and then Account and settings.
  2. Choose the Sales tab from the left menu.
  3. Click the Messages section or the pencil icon beside it to edit.
  4. Select your Sales forms.
  5. Check off Email me a copy at [email] (Note: This defaults to the Company email entered on the Company tab).
  6. If you'd like to Cc to an email other than the Company email for invoices, enter it into the Copy (Cc) new invoices to address field.
  7. Click Save and Done.

And that's it! You're now able to receive a copy of the email and sales form along with your customer.

I hope this helps. Have a great day!
