Anyone else have clients with issues using the online Payments today?

They just kept getting ERROR, payment not accepted. But they've paid me this way numerous times before, and their credit card is the same one and still valid. Did anyone else notice errors today? A glitch in the system?

Welcome to Community! QuickBooks Online Payments is an exceptional way to provide your customers with the 'pay now' option on the invoice they receive.  It's essential that your funds are received seamlessly.  I would be happy to provide more insight here!

 

When QuickBooks processes customer payments, the funds are deposited into the bank account you chose.  However, there may be times when the deposit fails, due to underlying circumstances.  When a payment has been rejected, you'll receive an email notification with the specific code, along with a description and the steps that need to be taken.
