Anyone have issues with quickbooks holding payment from another person?

My customer has paid a bill, and quickbooks isn't depositing the money in my account

Welcome to Community!  QuickBooks Online Payments is a valuable feature that allows customers to pay directly from their invoice, so you're paid on time.  It's vital that the process is completed so you can keep your books aligned.  I'll be happy to provide more information so you're on the right track with your work!

 

When the customer has made their payment but you're not seeing the transaction processed, it could be in relation to a few factors.  For this reason it would be best to reach out to us using one of the methods below, so we can take a deeper look into your specific situation from our end.  In addition, I recommend reviewing the deposit account to ensure it's accurate, so the funds can be deposited as soon as possible. Follow these steps to check your deposit account for payments:

 

1. Click on the Gear in the top right

2. Open Account and settings

3. Select the Payments tab

4. Review and/or edit as you see necessary

5. Be sure to Save the changes

Schedule a Callback or start a Chat: click (?) Help in the upper right in QuickBooks Online > enter "Contact support" > hit Contact Us > provide a brief summary of your situation > hit Let's Talk > choose Get a callback or Start a Chat.
