App updated. I can no longer locate the invoice button.

Need to do invoicing but option to do so is no longer on any of the app screens. That I have seen at least

After investigating this in my test account, I was able to view the "Invoice" option on the QuickBooks App. Since you're unable to view this in your account, I recommend trying these troubleshooting steps to see if this helps resolves the issue.

 

  1. In the App, try resetting the data by selecting "Menu" ☰ and tap Help & Feedback. Tap Refresh Data.
  2. Restart or try a different device
  3. You can try uninstalling and reinstalling the QuickBooks Online App.
  4. Head to the QuickBooks web browser if the app still doesn't work.

If the issue persists after trying the steps provided above, I recommend reaching out to the support team outside of the Community. They have the appropriate tools to have this escalated if they feel it is necessary. You can reach them by following one of these methods:


Schedule a Callback or start a Chat: select (?)Help in the upper right > type and enter "Contact support" into the QB Assistant > click Contact Us > explain your situation > then hit Let's Talk > choose Get a callback or Start a Chat.
