As a merchant in BC Canada, can I charge my customers a credit card surcharge fee, to recoup the amount of money I pay to accept credit cards via QuickBooks Payments.

I recommend consulting with your accountant to see if you're able to charge your customers a credit card surcharge fee to make up for the charges incurred from Payments.
