Hi

I need to be able to put a bundle within another bundle, and then give it a custom price.

when I sell one of these bundles all of the products that went into each bundle need to be automatically reduced in quantity, can this be done

When creating a bundle in QuickBooks Online, only products and services can be added to create a bundle. Therefore, it isn't possible to add a bundle to be added to another bundle. If you want to create a bundle similar to another one you have but with smaller quantities, you can do so by creating the new bundle and adding the same products and services manually.

The pricing for a bundle is the same as the default sales price of its components, so if you were to want to decrease the price, you could create a new product or service called bundle discount and make the sales price of this item a negative value to decrease the price of the bundle.

If you want to see any of these features added to QuickBooks in the future, you could leave some feedback by navigating to the Gear Icon, then Feedback. These suggestions are taken into consideration by the developers when they create new features for QuickBooks Online.
