Question

By ScotiaBank feed description is recently changed to just say "miscellaneous" where it was detailed before. Any ideas on how to fix this?

I was also missing two weeks worth of bank feeds entirely the month of August. Does this have to do with the recent Scotiabank platform update?

Usually, when updates are made on the bank's, issues such as the one you've described above may arise. In order to fix this issue, I recommend disconnecting and re-connecting your bank connection in QuickBooks. You can disconnect a bank account by navigating to your Transactions page > click on the bank in question > select the pencil ✎ icon >  Edit account info  > hit the Disconnect this account on save checkbox. From here you can click Save so your changes are saved and that the bank is disconnected.
