Question

Can a standard user change the print format of an Estimate / Invoice? We have formats set-up however they can select different formats.

Currently only Admin users have the option to select different print formats. I require all staff to be able to choose different print formats for Invoices / Estimates

The  function you've described above isn't available. I can see the benefit of having this function and I encourage you to send feedback about this to our engineers.
