Question

Can anyone help? One invoice is showing as 'sent" only. But when I view the invoice it has actually been viewed by the customer. Why is it not working properly?

I checked our list of reported issues and found a similar concern, harlandgd. 


With this, I recommend reaching out to our phone support team so they can link your account to the list of affected users. That way, you'll receive email updates once resolved. 

 

Here's how: 

  1. Click the Help icon indicated with a question mark. 
  2. Select Contact us and then enter your concern about invoices showing as sent but reflects as viewed on the Audit Log report
  3. Then, click Let's talk
  4. Choose to Get a callback to connect with a live agent through call.
