Can I add a field to Invoices

Hi Sherry Lynn.

Being able to send invoices with the correct address to customers is a great way to provide them the location the invoice was created for. I'd be happy to help point you in the right direction for this.

At this time you can only have one address entered into your invoice at a time as there is no custom field for this information. If you wish to have a different address show you'd need to either create a custom invoice template and import it by going to Gear>Custom Form Styles>New Style>Import Style.

Another option is looking into a third party app that you can use to create custom invoices for your customers. To access our third party apps page just click the Apps link on the left hand side of your QuickBooks Online account.

If you wish to have this feature added you can submit feedback to our development team by following these steps: 

1. Select the Gear icon at the top, then Feedback.
2. Enter your comments or product suggestions. Then select Next to submit feedback.

Once our developers receive your feedback they'll look into ways to possibly add this in future updates.
