Can I add an external payment processing (Plooto) EFT link on my quickbooks invoice that is emailed out?

The ability to  add an external payment processing (Plooto) EFT link on an invoice isn't available. You can send feedback by clicking on the Gear icon and looking for Feedback. New product ideas and improvements are based on the feedback we get from users like you. I also recommend looking into third-party payment integration apps on our app store www.apps.com.
