Can I automatically Cc: my email address when I send out an invoice, or must I manually add to Cc: entry windows each time I send an invoice?

Congrats on joining the QuickBooks Community. I'll be happy to show you how to navigate the program so you can automatically cc: your email address when you send out an invoice. 

 

QuickBooks is a versatile program that makes it easy to manage your invoices. In order to cc: your email automatically, you'd have to apply this through your company settings. To do this, click on the Gear icon > Account and Settings > navigate to the Sales tab > click on Messages and from here you'll see the option to enter your email as a cc:. Once you're done, make sure your changes are saved and going forward, your email will automatically cc: based on the settings you've just adjusted by following the steps I've provided.
