Can i cancel the payment thqt the client has made thru credit card on qyickbooks, as she used a wrong credit card

It's vital that all your transactions are correctly entered so that you're able to represent them well in your books. QuickBooks Online Payments is a great way for you to receive credit card payments directly from the invoice you've sent to your customer. I can provide some information about refunding a payment to your customer.

 

In order to refund a payment to your customer, you can create a Refund receipt in order to have that money refunded to the customer. To do so, click on the +New icon, then Refund receipt. Enter the information of the refund, then select Credit card as the payment method in order to enter your customer's credit card details to refund them using QuickBooks Payments.
