Can I email more than 1 a/r invoice at a time

Sending invoices directly from your QuickBooks Online account means you'll save tons of time by streamlining your workflow. This feature is so helpful when you're working with a busy schedule. I'd be happy to shed some more light on that for you. 

Once your invoices have been created, you can check off as many as you'd like and send them in a batch. Keep in mind that each invoice would need to include the customer's email address before you select the Send option. 

Here's how to send your invoices in a group:

1. Click the Sales tab on the left navigation menu. 

2. Select Invoices at the top of the page. 

3. Check off the box next to each invoice you'd like to send.

4. Click Batch actions at the top of the invoice list.

5. Select Send Invoices.
