Can I export for Overseas Customers To get the outstanding invoices and advance payments?

What do you mean with "export"? Do you need to generate a report of your overseas customers?

It's vital that you be able to keep track of your expenses as well as your sales in order for you to see the profit of your business. QuickBooks Desktop offers many different reports to be able to see the various aspects of the finances of your company. I can provide some information about vendor reports.

In order to view a list of transactions for certain suppliers, navigate to the Reports menu in the toolbar, then Vendor & Payables reports. From that list, select the Transaction list by vendor report. You can then edit the report by clicking on Customize report, then Filters. Select the Name filter, then click on the vendors you'd like to see in that report. Once complete, click OK.
