Can I print invoices or save on my computer somehow? My accountant wants paper proof ???

Keeping a physical copy of your invoices is a great idea to have your transactions available whenever you need them. I'd be happy to go over how to print out your invoices or save them to your computer.

In order to print out or save your invoice to your computer you just need to do a few simple steps. If you are in the process of creating the invoice you'd need to select the Print or Preview option at the bottom and select print. From there you can either print out a physical copy of the invoice or select the PDF printer option to save a PDF of the invoice to your computer.

If this is for invoices that you've already made you'd need to find the invoice in your transaction list by going to Sales>Invoices. From there click the arrow under the actions section and select Print then follow the same steps as above.
