I need to know if I have the option to process credit card payments manually and if so. How do I proceed?

I came to ask the same question. The posted article is helpful. My follow up question is regarding fees. My understanding is if the client clicks on the “pay Now” on the invoice email, the fee is 2.9% and if I apply a payment by manually typing in the clients card information it is 3.4%?

Thanks for reaching out about payment fees. I can provide some information about them.

 

As of the time of writing, the going rate for Credit card transactions processed via QuickBooks Payments, either with the Pay now button or keyed in on your end, the fee per transaction is $0.25 plus 2,9% of the value of the transaction. The current up-to-date rate is shown and updated on this page for future reference.
