Can I save a group of specific invoices separate from the rest?

It's great to see you here.  Welcome Back!  Having the ability to group invoices together is a great way to see how specific areas are doing.  QuickBooks Online has the flexibility you need to simplify your daily bookkeeping tasks.  I'll be happy help!

You can create tags and tag groups for your transactions.  Here's how:

1. From the Gear in the top right, select Tags

2.Click on the New ▼ dropdown and then Tag group

3.Give it a name and choose a color

4. When you're done, hit Save

When you're working on an invoice you can create a tag by entering the name of the tag in the Tags field and hit +Add.  To learn more about tagging transactions in QuickBooks Online, click here.
