Can I save an estimate as a pdf so that I can email several estimates all in one email?

QuickBooks Online provides the option to download your invoice/estimates in PDF format. Let me show you how!

1. Head to the "+New" button and choose "Estimate"

2. Enter the necessary information

3. At the bottom of the page, click on "Print/preview"

4. Click on the download button in the top right corner

Note: If you already have an estimate created, simply click on it and follow the steps provided.

You'll be able to save this to your computer and send it as an attachement by email. I hope this helps!
