Can i save sales receipts record with out e mail address?

 If you're talking about Creating a Sales Receipt for a customer, you'd create the customer's sale receipt without entering any email information for the customer in the customer details. Once you're finished entering the Sales Receipt be sure to choose the Save and Close, not Save and Send.
