Can I setup the system so that when printing batch invoices, only the invoices with no email address will print to paper?

At this time, there isn't an option to get the system to automatically print specific invoices. When selecting to print batch invoices, you'll need to manually select the invoices you wish to print. I can see how this would be beneficial for you. I encourage you to leave feedback by heading to the Help menu and selecting Send feedback Online. these comments are viewed and considered by our developers as they create new features and updates for QuickBooks.
