Can I use the enter button for QB Online or do I always have to use the mouse

This is a great question. I remember we were speaking a while ago when you were still using QuickBooks Desktop, which gives you the option to complete certain tasks by simply hitting Enter. I can appreciate wanting that same easy use for QuickBooks Online. I'm happy to go over this with you.

While you can't save in QuickBooks Online, our cloud platform does have a number of keyboard shortcuts to take advantage of to limit your mouse usage. You can bring up these shortcuts by pressing CTRL + ALT/Option + ? on your keyboard or see them by visiting this link: Keyboard shortcuts for Quickbooks Online. Here's a screenshot of what it looks like this when you bring it up using CRTL + ALT/Option + ? in your account.

As you can see, the window I have here also shows you your company ID. If you ever get in touch with support, this is a quick way to bring up that information. I've blanked out the number from this account, but yours would appear in the orange box.
