There are two ways to add a logo in QuickBooks Online (QBO) and I'm happy to help share them with you, @sndlservices.

First is adding a logo by going to the Custom Form Styles.

  1. Log in to your QBO account.
  2. Go to the Gear icon.
  3. Click on Custom Form Styles under Your Company.
  4. At the upper right, from the New style drop-down, select the appropriate form. However, if you want to upload a logo on an existing template, find the template then select Edit under the Action column.
  5. Go to the Design tab.
  6. Click on Make logo edits or Add your unique logo.
  7. Select the box with Add a logo +, then the + on the next window.
  8. Locate and select the image you want to use.
  9. Select Open. Once uploading is done, select Save, then Done.

The second one is by going to the Accounts and Settings.

  1. Go to the Gear icon.
  2. Select Account and Settings.
  3. Click on Company at the left pane.
  4. On the Company name section, click on the pencil icon.
  5. Click on the box with the + icon under the Company logo section.
  6. Click on the + icon under Logos.
  7. Select the image you want to use.
  8. Select Open.
  9. Once completed, click on Save, then Done.
