Welcome to Community!  QuickBooks Online provides the features you need, to ensure you're able to include additional information, on your business forms.  I'd be glad to assist!

 

Here's how to add a default 'mark-up' rate;

 

1. From your Settings ⚙, select Account and settings

2. Open Expenses from the left menu

3. Click the Edit ✎ to the far right of the Bills and expenses section

4. Turn on Make expenses and items billable

4. Checkmark the box for Markup with a default rate of.  If you leave the rate box blank, you can change the percentage amount on the forms.

5. Hit Save and then Done

In addition, you can set Price Rules, so QuickBooks will automatically apply the custom price with every form you create.
