Can you auto fill invoice lines (predictive text) so I don’t have to type out each line on every invoice that I send each month.

I would like to have lines with set prices that I can use on many invoices rather then spending a lot of time typing each other. Each month invoices are different

Finding ways to save time is the name of the game and invoices is a great place to start. I'd be happy to help you with your invoices.

 

Currently having multiple pricing options show up the way you're requesting isn't available in QuickBooks Online. If you wish to have the ability to batch delete them I suggest sending feedback to our development team. You can send feedback by following these steps:

 

  1. Select the Gear icon at the top, then Feedback.
  2. Enter your comments or product suggestions. Then select Next to submit feedback.

Once our development team receives your feedback they'll look for ways to possibly add this in future updates.
