Question

Can you edit the Sales tab to show Estimates as a shortcut option?

In QBO is there a way to add an estimate tab?  It is really easy to find Estimates in QB Desktop but it seems to be a few steps in QBO

Right now it shows

Overview
All Sales
Invoices
Customers
Products and Services

I would like to see Estimates included in this list, is this possible?

Hi small_business,

Welcome to the QuickBooks Community. It's a fantastic place to connect with other users and get answers to all of your questions. QuickBooks Online is a streamlined version of the QuickBooks program with a few less formatting options and a lot more flexibility when it comes to access. With QuickBooks Online, you can access your account anywhere you have internet access. Let me explain a quick way to view all of your estimates.

You can filter the All Sales tab only to include estimates. There is no option to change the shortcuts. To filter the estimates, follow these basic steps:

  1. Go to the Sales tab, and choose All Sales.
  2. Click the Filter dropdown, and in the Type dropdown, choose Estimates.
  3. Click Apply.

You'll only see the estimates listed; you can also filter by customer or status for convenience.

If you have any further questions, please let me know. I'm here to help. Have a great evening!

By following your instructions the URL populates as https://app.qbo.intuit.com/app/sales

I was hoping to create a shortcut and get to it in one click.

I figured out a way to get a shortcut

https://app.qbo.intuit.com/app/search

Posting it here, hoping it will help others that are used to QB Desktop
