Can you have two invoice templates?

Custom invoices allow you to shine your brand image in a positive and unique light. You may want to work with a few different templates so that your customers each have a personalized experience. I'd be happy to explain how to create multiple invoice templates in QuickBooks Online.

You're absolutely able to create two or more invoice templates in QBO! Here's how:

1. Click the Gear icon. 

2. Select Custom Form Styles. 

3. Click New Style > Invoice. 

4. Modify the template to suit your needs, and give it a unique name (e.g. Modern Invoice, Sleek Invoice, Creative Invoice, etc.).

5. Click Done. 

You can repeat these steps for each invoice template you create. To access your templates, navigate back to the Custom Form Styles page.
