Question

Can you pin a customers name when you are entering 30+ invoices for the same customer? It would save a lot of keystrokes!

This is something you can do in Sage and I found it a very useful feature.    It would also be great if you could set a specific product/service type for a customer since I am also entering the same produce name for each entry.

The feature you've described isn't available in QuickBooks. I encourage you to send feedback about this to our engineers. You can send feedback by clicking the Gear icon and look for Feedback. New product ideas and improvements are based on the valuable feedback we get from users like you.
