Can you recommend a way to set-up an 'invoice rule' and auto reply, from QBO, to WooCommerce Marketplace for customers requesting payment via invoice?

Allowing your customers to pay their invoice online is an awesome way to save time and effort with your business bookkeeping. It's great that you're taking advantage of the option to integrate a third-party app with QBO. I'd be happy to explain the options available, and where you can go to find more information.

At this time, the ability to set up an invoice rule or auto-reply from QBO isn't available. Since you're using a third-party program, I'd suggest reaching out to them directly to see if something can be set up on their end. 

I think having the option to set up invoice rules or auto-replies would be an interesting addition to QBO. I'd recommend submitting feedback about this to our product development team for review. You can do this by clicking the Gear icon > Feedback.
