Can you tell if you already printed a invoice?

QuickBooks Online has plenty of features that allow you to keep track of what you have done and what still needs to be entered. I'd be happy to go over printing invoices with you.

Saving you time is what QuickBooks Online is all about and notifications for when an email was sent or if a payment is late are some of those features. At this time notifying you if you already printed an invoice is not one of those features. If this is a feature you want added in the future however you can send feedback to our development team by following these steps.

1. Select the Gear icon at the top, then Feedback.
2. Enter your comments or product suggestions. Then select Next to submit feedback.

Once our development team receives your feedback they'll look into ways to possible add this in future updates. In the mean time you can also look for a third party app that may help you track if an invoice was printed or not. You can access our third party apps page by clicking on Apps on the left hand side of your QuickBooks Online account.
